Domaća majoneza

SASTOJCI:

- 7 jaja (tri kuhana i 4 prijesna)

- 7 - 8 žlica ulja

- 2 žlice kajmaka

- 2 žlice senfa

- Prstohvat soli

- Prstohvat šećera

- Limunovog soka po ukusu


PRIPRAVA:

1. 3 prijesna žumanjka dobro umutiti

2. Dodati 4 propasirana kuhana žumanjka

3. Dodavati kap po kap ulja uz stalno miješanje

4. Dodati kajmak i senf

5. U sjedinjenu i dobro izmiješanu smjesu dodati soli, šećera i limuna po ukusu

6. Ohladiti da se stegne
