Žličnjaci s jajima – ajernokle ili noklice s jajima

SASTOJCI (za 4 osobe)

- 0,5 kg oštrog brašna

- 1 žličica masti (za smjesu noklica)

- Vode koliko treba da se dobije žitka smjesa

- Voda za kuhanje

- 1 žlica masti za prženje

- 4 jaja


POSTUPAK:

1. Brašno posoliti, vilicom izraditi s masti

2. Dodati vodu da postane žitka smjesa

3. Vrhom žlice noklice s tanjura sipati u ključalu vodu

4. Kad se skuhaju procijediti ih

5. U posudi otopiti mast, izliti jaja, dodati ocijeđene noklice i miješati dok se jaja ne sjedine s noklicama

6. Posluživati toplo
