Čvarkara sa slaninom

SASTOJCI

- ½ l mlijeka

- 1 kg mekog brašna

- 1 mala žlica šećera

- 1 kvasac

- 1 žlica ulja,

- 30 dag što masnije slanine


PRIPREMA:

1. Od sastojaka i dignutog kvasca zamijesiti tijesto i ostaviti da se diže

2. U međuvremenu izrezati slaninu na malo veće jednake komadiće

3. Premjestiti tijesto, rastanjiti na veličinu tepsije

4. U namašćenu tepsiju položiti tijesto

5. Ravnomjerno na tijestu poslagati izrezane komadiće

6. Prije pečenja čvarkaru izrezati na jednake kocke

7. Peći na 200 stupnjeva Celzijusa
