Razvučena štrudla s grožđem i orasima

SASTOJCI:

- 25 dag brašna ,

- 1 žlica ulja,

- 1 žica octa

- 1,25 dl tople vode,

- 1 žličica cimeta

- 3 šake grožđa muškat hamburg,

- 30 dag mljevenih orasa

- Šećera po želji


PRIPREMA:

1. Od brašna, ulja, octa, soli i vode zamijesiti glatko tijesto

2. Nauljiti i ostaviti ga počiva pola sata

3. Razvući tijesto preko površine stola

4. Od rubova skinuti višak tijesta

5. Po polovici ravnomjerno posuti s orasima, šećerom i grožđem

6. Posuti još jednom uljem

7. Zaviti sa svake strane, da nadjev ne ispada, te pažljivo podižući stolnjak od strane nadjeva, zamotati štrudlu

8. Štrudlu dobro namazati uljem i peći na 200 stupnjeva Celzijusa.
