SASTOJCI:

- 3 kg narezane guščetine

- 10 glavica luka

- 4 velike žlice masti

- 2 – 3 litre vode

- 3 mrkve,

- 2 peršina (korijena i lista),

- 1 manji celer

- sol

- crvena mljevena paprika


ZA VALJUŠKE:

- 4 jaja

- 2 žličice soli

- mekog brašna po potrebi


PRIPREMA:

1. Guske očistiti od perja i utrobe i izrezati na komade

2. Na masti pirjati usitnjeni crveni luk

3. Podliti ½ dl mlake vode

4. Dodati guščetinu, začiniti sa solju i crvenom mljevenom paprikom, te nastaviti kuhati

5. Nakon 1, 5 sata kuhanja dodati usitnjeno povrće i nastaviti kuhati dok se meso ne odvoji od kosti

6. Od jaja, vode, brašna i soli umiješati tijesto za valjuške i dodati u paprikaš

7. Kuhati dok valjušci ne isplivaju na površinu
