Hrvatska torta

 

SASTOJCI:

- 6 kom jaja

-300 g maslaca

- 250 g šećera

- 150 g čokolada za kuhanje

- 120 g brašno

- 100 g pirea od kestena

- 2 dl kajmaka

- 1 boja za maslac


PRIPREMA:

1. Za tijesto dobro izraditi maslac i šećer

2. Umiješati žumanjke i naribanu čokoladu

3. Dodavati naizmjence brašno i snijeg od bjelanjaka

4. Smjesu izliti u namašćeni okrugli kalup za torte i peći 45 minuta na umjerenoj vatri

5. Ohlađenu razrezati na dva dijela

6. Puniti je nadjevom od dobro izrađenog kajmaka i pasiranih kestena

7. Ukrasiti uzorcima trobojnice dodajući crvenu i plavu boju
