Rezanci na brdo

 

SASTOJCI:

- mekog brašna po potrebi

- 2 jaja

- 1 žličica soli


PRIPREMA:

1. Od svih sastojaka zamijesiti tvrđe tijesto

2. Rastanjiti ga na uske tanke trake i izrezati na kvadratiće

3. Svaki kvadratić tijesta, na rešetkastoj podlozi (brdu), savijati u cjevčicu pomoću vrha vretena (ili kista)

4. Ostaviti da se suši

5. Zakuhati kao i drugu tjesteninu u vrućoj juhi
