Rezanci na žufi

SASTOJCI:


REZANCI:

- ½ kg oštrog brašna

- Mlake vode po potrebi

- 1 jaje


ČORBA

- 25 dag istucanih bundevinih sjemenki

- 1,5 l vode

- Soli po ukusu


PRIPREMA:

1. Za rezance umijesiti tijesto s mlakom vodom, brašnom, jajetom i malo soli

2. Ostaviti kratko da počiva pod krpom

3. Tijesto rastanjiti na 0,5 cm i rezati na 1 cm široke i 4 cm duge rezance

4. Istucane sjemenke bundeve preliti posoljenom kipućom vodom i miješajući prokuhati

5. Dodavati vodu, posoliti po ukusu i kad zakuha staviti pripremljene rezance

6. Kuhati dok ne bude gotovi
