Bošpor - bijeli

SASTOJCI:

- Žlica masti

- 2 žlice oštrog brašna

- 1 čaša rasola od kiselog kupusa

- 3 režnja češnjaka

- Sol po ukusu

- 2 čaše vode


PRIPREMA:

1. Na masti svijetlo prepržiti brašno

2.Dodati sitno isjeckani češnjak i kratko propržiti

3. Dodati rasol od kojega smo prethodno uzeli malo i pomiješali sa žlicom brašna za pričin

4. Dodati pričin kojega smo napravili umutivši žlicu brašna sa rasolom

5. Dodati vodu, promiješati, začiniti i kratko prokuhati

6. Poslužiti uz nadrobljeni kruh
