SASTOJCI:

- 1 kg graha (najbolji je bolozan)

- ½ kg crvenog luka

- 3 režnja češnjaka

- 3 dl bučinog ulja

- 3 lista lovora

- 1 velika puna žlica crnog papra

- sol po ukusu

- voda za kuhanje


PRIPREMA:

1. Grah namočiti večer prije, ujutro ocijediti

2. Prokuhati grah 5-10 minuta, pa ocijediti

3. Crveni luk narezati na deblje ploške, bijeli luk usitniti

4. Namirnice podijeliti na četiri hrpice

5. Na dno srednje duboke posude dubljeg dna izliti bundevino ulje

6. Slagati red crvenog luka, red graha, posoliti, popapriti, dodati malo bijelog luka

7. Ponoviti redoslijed četiri puta

8. U sredini, između drugog i trećeg sloja graha i luka uz začine staviti lovorov list

9. Pažljivo zaliti vodom dva prsta iznad graha

10. Na tihoj vatri lagano kuhati bez miješanja, tri do četiri sata uz dolijevanje vode
