SASTOJCI:

TIJESTO

- 6 žumanjaka

- 14 dag šećera

- 14 dag oraha

- 1 žlica prezle

- 6 bjelanjaka/ snijeg


FIL

- 2-3 žlice vrhnja

- 2-3 žlice šećera

- 2-3 žlice mljevenih oraha


GLAZURA

- 20 kocki šećera ili 20 malih žlica šećera

- 3 žlice vode

- 2 štange čokolade za kuhanje

- 3 žlice oraha

- 1 žlica ruma

- maslaca veličine oraha


PRIPREMA:

1. Izmiješati žutanjke sa šećerom dodati orahe i prezlu te na kraju snijeg od bjelanjaka. Izliti u namaštenu tepsiju 30x30 cm i peći da bude kao prst debelo u prethodno zagrijanoj pećnici.

2. Kad je pečeno ostaviti da se ohladi

3. Sjediniti sve sastojke za fil i kuhati na pari

4. Premazati preko ohlađenog tijesta

5. Kuhati šećer sa vodom, dodati čokoladu za kuhanje i orahe te kuhati dok ne bude gusto, na kraju umiješati rum te maslac

6. Preliti preko kolača

7. Pustiti da se ohladi

8. Rezati na rombove
