PRIPREMA:

1. Kajmak izliti u posudu s debljim dnom

2. 2,5 sata kuhati uz povremeno miješanje na najmanjoj vatri

3. Kad se počne masnoća iz vrhnja odvajati, skinuti s vatre i u posebnu posudu izliti masnoću (maslac)

4. Ostatak, tj. istipke – koristiti kao namaz za kruh
