SASTOJCI:

- 30 dkg brašna

- 2 cijela jaja

- 4 žumanjka

- 1 žličica masti

- ½ žlice šećera


PRIPREMA:

1. Sjediniti sastojke koje treba dobro umijesiti

2. Izrezati na komadiće i savijati u okrugle oblike s rupom u sredini

3. Peći na umjerenoj vatri na 200 ºC

4. Kad su pečeni gornju stranu umočiti u bjeljanjak i šećer, ili izrađeni bjeljanjak žlicom nanijeti na vrući kolač i ostaviti prosušiti u pećnici
