SASTOJCI:

- 1kg kiselog zelja (kupusa)

- ½ kg svježe svinjetine (od vratnjaka)

- ½ l graha

- 10 dag slanine

- 1 žlica masti

- 1 žlica oštrog brašna

- 2 česna češnjaka

- Začini po želji


PRIPREMA:

1. Zelje kuhati sa svježim mesom

2. Namočeni i kratko prokuhani grah skuhati uz dodatak slanine

3. Napraviti zapršku od masti, brašna i usitnjenog češnjaka

4. Kratko prokuhati

5. Skuhanom kiselom kupusu sljubiti skuhani grah
