SASTOJCI:

- 45 dkg oštrog brašna

- 15 dkg masti ili maslaca

- 15-20 dkg šećera

- 3 žumnjka

- 2 žlice vina

- Kajmak po potrebi


PRIPREMA:

1. Mast ili maslac izmrviti i sjediniti sa brašnom

2. Dodati šećer, žumanjke, vino i umijesiti s kajmakom u glatko tijesto

3. Tijesto tanko razvaljati (0,5 cm)

4. Rezati okruglim modlom za kekse i peći na oko 200 ºC da budu svijetlo žuti.

5. Napomena: Bolji su kada stoje nekoliko dana.
