Gojtani

SASTOJCI:

- 1 litra mlijeka

- 7 jaja

- meko brašno (po potrebi)

- 2 žlice šećera

- 2 žličice soli

- mast za prženje


PRIPREMA:

1. Izlupanim jajima dodati mlijeko, sol i šećer

2. Miješajući dodavati brašna dok ne dobijemo smjesu malo gušću nego za palačinke

3. Zagrijati mast u dubljoj posudi i isprobati s kapljicom smjese da li je dovoljno vruća

4. Dno lijevka začepiti prstom i uliti dvije zaimače (šeflenke) smjese

5. Prinijeti lijevak sa smjesom nad ugrijanu masti, maknuti prst i sipati smjesu od sredine prema rubovima posude

6. Povremeno protresti posudu s masti tako da se gojtani lijepo prže sa svih strana

7. Okrenuti pažljivo vilicom gojtan

8. Kada je lijep rumen, izvaditi ga na upijajući papir
