SASTOJCI:

- Glavica kiselog kupusa

- Samljevene ili istucane bučine sjemenke

- Bučino ulje

- 2 velika ribana krumpira

- 1 crveni luk

- Nekoliko režnjeva bijelog luka

- Šaka riže

- Odeblja kriška kruha

- Slatka, crvena mljevena paprika

- Ljuta, crvena mljevena paprika

- Papar

- Sol


PRIPREMA:

1. Kiseli kupus dobro oprati

2. U posudi na bučinom ulju kratko prodinstati crveni i bijeli luk te samljevene bundevine sjemenke

3. Kad se smjesa prohladi dodati ostale sastojke te puniti i zavijati listove kiselog kupusa

4. Na dno posude za kuhanje usuti bundevino ulje, složiti sarme na sjeckani kupus, te poklopiti s listovima sarme

5. Dodati vodu, pa sve poklopiti manjim tanjurom i pritisnuti posudom s vodom

6. Kuhati na tihoj vatri sat, sat i pol dok kupus ne omekani
