SASTOJCI:

Tijesto:
- 30 dag oraha
- 6 bjelanjaka
- 25 dag šećera
- 1 žlica brašna
- 1 žlica krušnih mrvica

Krema:
- 6 žumanjaka
- 10 dag šećera
- 5 žlica crne kave
- 15 dag margarina

Glazura:
- 10 dag čokolade
- 2 žlice vrućeg mlijeka

POSTUPAK:
1. Orahe prepržiti i samljeti
2. Bjelanjke sa šećerom izlupati u čvrst snijeg
3. Dodati brašno, krušne mrvice i orahe, te staviti peći na 200, pa na 150 stupnjeva u veću tepsiju
4. Ispečeno tijesto prepoloviti
5. Žumanjke kuhati na pari uz dodatak šećera i crne kave
6. Dodati izrađeni margarin i s filom nadjevati tijesto
7. Čokoladu rastopiti na pari s vrućim mlijekom i preliti kolač
