Bazlamača od grisa

(kuharica Kempf)

 

SASTOJCI:

- 4 jajeta

- 4 žlice šećera

- 1 ½ dl grisa

- limunova korica

- 3 dl mlijeka

 

PRIPREMA:

1. Miješati žumanjke sa šećerom i limunovom koricom

2. Dodati naizmjence snijeg od bjelanjaka i gris

3. Izliti u namašćenu tepsiju i peći

4. Kad je pečena, bazlamaču izbosti vilicom i preliti s mlijekom

5. Kratko zapeći
