SASTOJCI:

- 4 jaja

- 4 pune žlice šećera

- 4 razom žlice oštrog brašna

- 4 žlice kajmaka (kiselog vrhnja)

 

PRIPREMA:

1. Miješati žumanjke sa šećerom i brašnom

2. Izlupati bjelanjke u čvrsti snijeg

3. Dodati kajmak i snijeg od bjelanjaka

4. Namazani pleh dobro zagrijati u pećnici

5. Peći na 200 stupnjeva sve dok ne dobije zlatnu žutu boju
