Kolinjska čorba od svježih svinjskih rebara

SASTOJCI ZA 12 LITARA:

- 4 kg svinjskih rebara, kostiju i hrskavice

- 4 velike mrkve

- 2 velika peršina

- 1 crveni luk

- 12 l vode

- Sol


PRIPREMA:

1. U hladnu vodu staviti oprano meso i kosti, povrće (osim luka) i sol

2. Kuhati dobra 3 sata

3. Sredinom kuhanja dodati proprženi luk na plotni štednjaka

4. Kad je gotovo, procjediti i zakuhati domaće rezance
