Marmelada od mrkve

SASTOJCI:

- 1 kg mrkve

- 2 limuna

- 75 dkg šećera


PRIPREMA:

1. Mrkvu oprati, očistiti, narezati na manje komade i skuhati

2. Skuhanu mrkvu propasirati i dodati sok od limuna kojima smo prethodno naribali koricu, te kuhati 5 minuta

3. Dodati koru od limuna i šećer, te kuhati još 10 minuta

4. Spremati u tople staklenke
