2. naribanu repu uz dodatak malo vode kuhati u kotlu dok ne omekani i ne pusti sok

3. skuhanu naribanu repu istještiti, a dobivenu tekućinu procjediti i preliti natrag na kotao te ukuhavati dok ne postane tamno smeđa melasasta smjesa konzinstencije rijeđe od pčelinjeg meda

4. med od repe sipati u zagrijane staklenke.
