PRIPREMA

1. Sirovu repu oguliti i naribati na najsitniji ribež

2. Usitnjenu repu kratko prodinstati na ulju

3. Napraviti uobičajeno tijesto za štrudl ili kupiti gotove kore

4. Repu ravnomjerno posipati po korama, po želji dodati mljevene orahe i cimet

5. Peći oko 30 minuta na 220 C
