SASTOJCI:

- 4 kg svinjskih iznutrica (bijela i crna džigerica, bubrezi, srce), svježeg mesa od krojenja šunki i friške slanine

- 2 žlice svinjske masti

- 3 veće glavice crvenog luka

- Sol, crvena slatka paprika, lovorov list

- Vode po potrebi

- Krumpir 


PRIPREMA:

1. Na masti zažutiti luk usitnjen na ploške i dodati crvenu papriku

2. Dodati iznutrice, meso i slaninu usitnjenu na kocke, začine

3. Podlijevati s malo vode sve dok meso ne bude gotovo

4. Krumpiru, koji se skuha u slanoj vodi, protisne kroz drucalicu ili se izgnječi, nije potrebno dodavati masnoće, jer je prženje dovoljno masno
