SASTOJCI:

- 3-4 dl kiselog vrhnja (punomasnog, nabolje domaćeg s tržnice)

- 2-3 jaja

- šaka oštrog brašna

- prstohvat soli


PRIPREMA:

1. cijela jaja lagano izmutiti, dodati vrhnje, brašno i posoliti po ukusu

2. sastojke dobro promješati i izliti u posudu

3. kuhati miješajući na vatri dok god se mast iz vrhnja ne odvoji na površini

4. servirati toplo
