Musaka sa šparogama

MUSAKA SA ŠPAROGAMA

SASTOJCI:

- vezica šparoga

- maslac

- malo šunke

- 1 manje pile

- 2 jaja

- vrhnje

- mlijeko

- sol

PRIPREMA:

1. Šparoge skuhati u slanoj vodi i ocjediti

2. Kalup namazati maslacem, posuti mrvicama i obložiti sa šparogama

3. Šunku samljeti ili izrezati na kockice

4. Pile ispeči, očistiti od kostiju, a meso sitno iskosati

5. Na šparoge u kalupu prvo staviti red usitnjene šunke, usitnjeno pileće meso

6. Sve zaliti s rastopljenim maslacem

7. Posebno umutiti 2 žumnajka s kajmakom, dodati malo mlijeka i umješati snijeg od 2 bjelanjka

8. Sve preliti preko šparoga i mesa

9. Zapeči u pećnici i služiti u kalupu u kojem se peklo
