SASTOJCI:

- šaka svježe lazarkinje

- 1 naranča

- 15 dag šećera

- 2 l dobrog bijelog vina


PRIPREMA:

1. Lazarkinju ubrati u vrijeme ili poslije cvjetanja

2. Narezanu lazarkinju preliti s vinom

3. Dodati šećer i naranču narezanu na kriške

4. Ostaviti da stoji samo pola sata

5. Procijediti i poslužiti hladno
