SASTOJCI:

- 60 dag mekog brašna

- 1 kvasca

- 1 dl ulja

- 2 dl mlijeka

- 1 dl vode

- 1 prstohvat soli

- 15 dag šećera

- 3 vrhom pune jušne žlice masti

PRIPREMA:

- Usuti brašno u posudu i dodati sol

- U brašno postepeno dodavati kvasac dignut u malo mlijeka, ulje, vodu i ostatak mlijeka miješajući rukom

- Izrađivati tijesto rukom u posudi dok god ne postano kompaktno (što više, to će bolje 'proraditi' kvasac)

- Povremeno ruku mazati uljem da se tijesto ne lijepi za prste 

- Čisti stolnjak posuti brašnom

- Razvaljati tijesto oklagijom, pa razvući prstima

- Razvučeno tijesto pokapati obilno sa zagrijanom masti i posuti šećerom

- Zamotati uz pomoć stolnjaka

- Štrucu lagano razvući rukama i staviti u namašćenu tepsiju

- Premazati štrucu s masti

- Peći na 200 stupnjeva u zagrijanoj pećnici, kad se zarumeni, smanjiti temperaturu

- Kad je pečena ponovno premazati s rastopljenom masti i pokriti krpom da malo otpočine

- Rezati i servirati toplo
