SASTOJCI:

- 10 kriški bijelog kruha

- 2 litra crnog vina

- 10-15 dag šećera

- klinčića i cimeta po želji


PRIPREMA:
 
1. Kruh lagano prepeći na plotni štednjaka

2. Skuhati vino uz dodavanje šećera i mirodija

3. Kuhano vino preliti preko prženog kruha poslaganog u široku plitku zdjelu

4. Iako paše uz sva pečenja, služiti uz toplu pečenu prasetinu
