SASTOJCI:

- 2 kg svinjskih iznutrica (bijela i crna džigerica, bubrezi, srce), svježeg mesa od krojenja šunki i friške slanine

- 2 žlice svinjske masti

- 1 veća glavica crvenog luka

- 2 mrkve

- 1 peršin

- 4 žlice svinjske krvi

- 2 žlice oštrog brašna

- Crvena slatka paprika, sol, lovorov list

- 2 žlice vinskog octa

- 7 l vode

- Za noklice: 3 jaja, voda i oštro brašno


PRIPREMA:

1. Na masti zažutiti sitno usitnjeni luk i dodati crvenu papriku

2. Dodati vodu, iznutrice, meso i slaninu usitnjenu na kockice, lovorov list, te sol

3. Kad je meso kuhano dodati krv pomješanu s brašnom i octom, te promješati

4. Pred kraj dodati noklice, za koje se u posoljena jaja doda malo vode i brašna
